CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MAX-X
MAX-X incorporates a range of different training styles. We focus on functional movement performed at a high intensity to maximise your training.
COMAX Level: Advanced
This class is suited for all training abilities. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the movements and adjust the program appropriately for your needs.
MAX-FIT
MAXFit focuses on building your cardiovascular fitness. The main component of this class will be a combination of steady state running and sprint intervals. However, variations of strength exercises and HIIT forms of training will be included to maximise your training.
COMAX Level: Beginner-Advanced
MAX-STRENGTH
MaxStrength focuses on full-body resistance training. If you are looking to increase your metabolism and strengthen your body, this is the class for you!
COMAX Level: Beginner - Advanced
MAX-PUNCH
MAXPunch is a combination of boxing, HIIT, strength, and cardio! For those looking for a sweaty, fun and engaging session, this is the class for you.
COMAX Level: Intermediate-Advanced
This class is suited for all training abilities. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the movements and adjust the program appropriately for your needs.
MAX-MINDFUL
MAXMindful is a class designed specifically to help calm your mind, relax and increase your mobility throughout your whole body. We utilise yoga inspired movements to help guide you through our class.
During COVID-19 we are running this class via YouTube videos. The YouTube link will be provided in our private COMAX Facebook group. Please message us if you are not in this group so we can add you.
